Rebound chapter 3: One, Two, Three.. Busy

and one more thing.. im going to be in the library all day tomorrow studying for my next exam so i can't post the next chapter bacher :s faaa taboon a random post for tomorrow oo inshala wednesday i post the next chapter?? let me know what you think in the comments ;)

   From that day, he avoided every place he thought Jenna would be at. He even thought twice about going to classes. Knowing what time he had classes everyday and where each class took place, 7amad was certain that Jenna would try to come by one of his classes to talk to him because he’s been ignoring her without even trying to explain and he knew Jenna was wondering why.
  
   7amad didn’t talk to her about what he has read. His head still hasn’t cleared up and he wasn’t thinking straight. The thought of contacting her lawyer and speaking to him to get information crossed his mind. But then again, he doesn’t think the lawyer would give out any information unless Jenna agreed to it. 

   He concluded with asking around about Jenna’s ‘husband’ there aren’t much Kuwaitis around and most probably there would be someone who knows him.

   With that he called his friend 5alid. 5alid was his closest friend in the States and he trusted him with his life. He explained what he recently discovered and asked for his help. 5alid was very pleased that 7amad asked for his help and didn’t put himself in situations he didn’t need to be in. Assuring 7amad that he would ask around without letting anybody know about the situation, he ended the call with.

   7amad was half relieved that he was soon going to know if any of the things he read where true. Knowing if there was anyone is the States in that name and whether he really was Jenna’s husband would be the beginning to things starting to clear up. 

   Although this seems good he is still burning up from the inside when he remembers that Jenna was lying to him. He couldn’t believe their relationship was all a lie. He desperately wanted answers and most importantly he wanted to know if Jenna really did love him or if it was part of her lie.

   That day when Jenna came back to her office and didn’t find 7amad, she decided to wait a few minutes thinking he was either in the toilet or getting snacks from the cafeteria or somewhere along that line. About 20 minutes later she realized that he probably isn’t even in the building so she called him. It rang, once…twice… three times and on and on until it went to voice mail. 
   
   He didn’t pick up. That was very strange and she was beginning to become concerned.  So she called again, hoping he would answer this time. But this time it didn’t go to voice mail. After the third ring she heard a busy tone.

   “OK this is very strange! Where can he be! And why did he just send a busy tone instead of answering??” she began to wonder to herself. “ Maybe he’s speaking to someone and the sound of his phone ringing was disturbing them or something…” she began to make up excuses for him to explain all of this.

      7amad knew ignoring Jenna wasn’t going to solve anything. Especially that she has no idea that he read the file and is probably thinking something happened. But he just couldn’t talk to her like he knew nothing and he didn’t want to confront her on the phone.

   So, he wrapped up his thinking with deciding to deal with this situation tonight. He will tell her to come over and he’s going to bring it up without loosing his temper. He decided to give her a chance to explain herself.
