Rebound Chapter 12: Good Morning Sunshine

"hahaha none of your business!! yalla get dressed!" She laughed at him and walked out of the room. 7amad finished getting ready and called for the nurse to bring him his crutches. They signed the discharge papers, got his medication from the pharmacy and headed back to his place.

   "7mdilla your fine 7amad, next time keep your eyes open when you cross the road you idiot!" Aseel was making fun of 7amad. She couldn't believe he just crossed the road without looking. "Haay haay... lat6anzain, A LOT of things were on my mind at that moment don't blame me." He said that sentence while glaring at Razan with a big smirk on his face. "na3aaam! woow its not my fault you didn't use your common sense and looked both ways before crossing"

   "Anywayz 7mdila ina your fine now.. Razan i'm going home btrden ma3ay wla shno tben etswen?" It was getting a bit late and the day was eventful. "La intay rday im going to stay here, 7amad might need something during the night he won't be able to do it himself." She didn't want to leave him all alone, she was worried that he would hurt himself trying to do everything on his own.

   "Baby its ok you don't have to stay, go home rest i'll be fine it's been a long day w intay 3ndech jam3a bacher lazm trta7ain." He kissed her head and didn't expect her to disagree with him. "Ok 3ayal atleast let me stay until you feel like sleeping, I'll help you change and get into bed, latnsna ildoctor gal ina lazm mata3b 3omrek 3shan your leg and ribs heal properly." 7amad smiled at how thoughtful she is. Wain alga wa7da nafs Razan, I can never find a woman who cares as much as she did. When will she be mine and only mine!!

   So she did exactly as she suggested. She helped him get changed and wash up. She also made some soup and a light dinner, he must be very hungry. Things began to heat up between them but they remained in control of their feelings. Neither one of them wanted anything to happen as much as they wanted to experience the closeness.

   Razan helped 7amad make his way to bed and tucked him in. He suddenly felt like he was a kid again. When his mother used to tuck him into bed every night, make sure he was covered properly and kisses him good night. "Razan..." 7amad slowly held her hand, he wasn't ready for her to leave yet "Please lay down her with me for a while.. a few minutes, before you leave" Razan was a bit scared of what things might lead to but  she knew 7amad wasn't the kind of guy that would that.

   She crawled into bed and laid down next to him. It was warm and it felt so good to be in her baby's arms. He stroked the side of her face and looked deep into her eyes. "7amad i just wanted..." She wanted to apologize one last time, she had no idea why she wanted to but it felt like she should. 7amad placed his index finger on her lips "Ssshh don't say anything..please" So she didn't she laid there in silence. Staring into each others eyes. A few minutes later he fell asleep and before she knew it she was fast asleep next to him as well.

   She woke up the morning with the biggest smile making its way across her face as the sun shined on her face and the scent of 7amad filled up her lungs. She has never slept as peaceful as last night.

   Suddenly she sat up and jumped out of bed. "7ammaadd, 7AMAAD!" He woke up scared and shocked. He didn't realize that Razan slept next to him the night before. "WHAT?? SHFECH??"

   "I can't believe i slept.. Aseel is going to KILL ME!! I didn't go home and i didn't even call her... dammn where is my phone!!" She was panicking. She just had this feeling that Aseel would freak out if she doesn't find her in her room when she wakes up.

   "Razan.. Razan... RAZAANN!!" She wasn't even listening to him. She tuned out and was in her own world now. She always did that when she was panicking. She heard him the last time and snapped her head towards him. "What???"

   "Come back to bed... Aseel will be fine, she's going to figure out that you stayed her...Just come back and lay down next me.. please" The worried look in her eyes slowly began to fade away once she realized that this actually wasn't a big deal. It wasn't a big deal at all.

   She walked back to bed and got under the covers. "Ok good, because i am tired and i don't want to leave your arms just yet." He smiled at her, kissed her head and scooped her into is arms gently so he wouldn't hurt his ribs. "Go back to sleep 7bebti, its still early." This is it... I'm going to propose soon.. very soon. I want to wake up every morning with Razan between my arms.
